How to setup, configure and connect to the VPN service

The easiest way of getting started with the VPN is to download the latest OpenVPN Connect client for Windows from here: OpenVPN Connect (Click here)

Simply follow the installation instructions after downloading, then simply drag and drop the configuration file (download link below) into the client once it launches.

Download the configuration file from your account section here:

That’s it! You may also delete the configuration file after successfully importing it with the OpenVPN Connect client, since software automatically stores a copy of it.

Follow the instructions below if you wish to use the older traditional OpenVPN GUI client:

Step 1: Go to the OpenVPN (Click here) website and download the Windows installer for whichever version of Windows you run.

Step 2: Click on it once it has finished downloading and go to the setup wizard.

Step 3: Click Next to take you to the licensing agreement. Read through it if you’re bored, then click I Agree.

Step 4: Select which components you would like to install, otherwise just go with the default options. Make sure that OpenVPN GUI is selected and proceed to Install.

Step 5: Once OpenVPN has finished installing, click Finish, then open the “config” folder where you just installed OpenVPN, which by default is “C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config” or “C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenVPN\config”.

Step 6: Copy and paste the configuration file to that path. You can download the configuration file from here:

Step 7: Launch OpenVPN and the icon will appear in the system tray. Right click on it, then hover over whichever server you would like to connect to, then click Connect. You will be asked for authentication. Use the credentials from the email you received with your order.
